- The MK Party is asking Chief Justice Mandisa Maya to postpone the upcoming JSC sitting. This will allow them more time to file their application for leave to appeal a Western Cape High Court ruling preventing Dr John Hlophe from attending Monday's meeting. MK Party chief whip Mzwanele Manyi has more.
