So many things wrong with that shaft. No dial gauge on the tube and the paint on the ends shows this run out. No bevel on the turned ends which does not allow penetration or any contact on the boss. HAND GRINDING the weld back off severely weakens the joint. If you don't know how to build a shaft don't show it on you tube. I give it 3 mins run time at best

Those differentials are the weirdest ones I've ever seen. What are they from? How do you check the backlash? Are they prone to problems like overheating?
Apparently you never heard of phasing a drive shaft. Get your yokes on the same plane so the u joints oval paths causing acceleration and deceleration cancel each other out. Make sure the trans and axle pinion shafts are parallel to assure equal u joint angles.
Inspecting installations was my job for an off highway drive train company. Without our ok we wouldn't honor the warranty. I'm happy to see you are willing to consider other people's advice. You will do much better for it.
These builds are strictly for views not for use... I've noticed there are a lot of channels like this appearing out of the woodwork... They all have no speaking (we all know why and it's like they're trying to hide something), lots of sped up footage, a sea of rusty square tubing and very cavalier safety standards like welding in sandals or turning with gloves ... I believe "Cheral auto" was one of the first ones but at least this guy built himself a work bench
Yokes are out of phase. Expect much vibrations. Why didn't you spline one end of the shaft? With such a short distance between transfer case/transmission and axle, there will be an exaggerated difference in the length the shaft needs to be as the suspension moves. (I'm presuming you will have a mechanical suspension; at least leaf springs front and rear, if not independent suspension at all four corners or leaf in rear and independent in front.) Even the drive shaft (or axles if front wheel drive) of your car has a spliened section to accommodate the differences in length the drive shaft or axles if front wheel drive has to be going over bumps. As it is, plan on replacing the U joints often, and a over 75% probability the welds on the shaft (if you're lucky) will fail before the transfer case or pinion shaft of the differential.
