Rain in Scotland, I can't believe it! Lol. I've done the NC500 twice in the last two years, both ways, I was very lucky as it didn't rain much, just a bit as I did Appelcross. I'm looking forward to your next instalment. 👍.
Hi thankyou. I was really gutted as Id upgraded from go pro 7 to 8 just to have the media mod which failed anyway. Just looking at the next episode lol. Since our return everyone on the NC500 group seem to have had great weather. typical.
Enjoyed watching the videos. Torridon is the best part of it and west coast is the best. Done it a few times you need to go up the balach na ba whichever way you go. If u had kept going you would of came down the 3 switchbacks. If I go again al go up the a93 as this is a great road then past the lecht to inverness. Cheers
Hi cheers, we did go to the balach an ba, but high winds blew my wife off her bike so we had to leave it., but do plan to return this year, on different bikes too
@JediGeekBiker wife been lucky not to be hurt.aye is a good way up. I would def try the a93 to braemar. I think it's the best road up there thru the cairngorms.....then the b976 over the lecture. Awesome
@@garryburns2061 It was just before a steep upward bend, not far from the start at the bottom. she had slowed a little too much but the wind was bad, I had made it to the top to hear her in the comms. Bike was dented and scratched. It made her already recovering ankle swell up really bad. Just glad she missed a large rock. But thanks, we will try that.. have fun.
The rain thing sounds more likely my life! 😃. Anyway, I'm off to the Alps and Dolomites in a few weeks and, knowing my luck it will probably snow or the friggin boat will sink.🚣♂️ 🤣.
