    I just discovered your channel, I have been looking for clear, smooth and informative tutorials for roller quads forever and was never satisfied. And then you appeared! Thanks for your work and great videos. I love the fact that you are normally and calmly talking while explaining your moves and not putting super loud music like some videos that I see haha. I just can't wait for the next videos!

    If I get giddy after spinning I spin one full turn, 2 at the most, in the opposite direction. I find it reduces the amount of time I feel giddy. Not saying it'll work for everyone, just that it helps me.
    Stay well skaters.

      I think you mean 'dizzy.' 'Giddy' means to be very excited, which I would not at all blame your for being after killing some spins

      Actually that's because you have tubes of fluid in your brain, so spinning in the opposite direction swaps the sensation a bit in those tubes that sense motion.
      They angle up slightly, so if you tilt your head down a bit, you'll experience maximum dizziness (making the tubes horizontal to your spin)

    ... The real question is how to do the Heel-Heel spin. I'm working on it now but it's quite difficult + there are no videos on it.

    The spring looks so amazing! Great explanation!
    (I'll laugh if I master the spin before I master the basics lol)

    Great video. Thanks for it. How do you start the movement of the spin. Is it your upperbody and then the rest follows? Is it your legs (and feet) and then the upper body follows the movement? Thanks a lot.

    hey, could you share the weight balance between heel and toe? do we need to have 50% on both or more on heel?

    • @saopisadummie4998
      @saopisadummie4998 Рік тому

      Hello! For me personally it was keeping it 49% and 51%! More weight on toe!

  • @jscamry

    Heal toe seems that is mainly about balance. It was great info of keeping the center tight and straight!! Great vid! Be safe!

      Harmony, you can for sure follow these directions in quads! All the same rules apply! I would have demonstrated, but I didn’t have my quads with me when I decided to film.
