The first stage of the krulian knife doesn't do damage and is just a charge, and the 2nd part is just lightning assault. It also gives Lightning effects on M1 so it stacks any lightning talents on top of it. if you want my personal opinion i think it's ok but there are still better options. the WARDEN CRIT ON THE OTHER HAND is pretty solid!
