Carly, i am a hair stylist and that breakage towards the back of your hair is super common. It definitely can happen from over processing with bleach or color but it is also caused by styling your hair and just living. I wouldn’t worry too much about it! Also the amount of hair in your comb is minimal and nothing to worry about!💗

PSA: Be careful with wood diffusers and pets. Some essential oils can be deadly to pets when inhaled. Also, if they get knocked over and get on your pet it can cause a really bad chemical burn.

Carley wet you hair before you put olapex in, that will also help so you don’t have use product. Also the reason why it can make your hair fall out by leaving it in to long is because when you lighten you hair you are removing the protein from your hair and products like olapex will help you restore that but over adding protein to hair can damage it. Hope this helps
Yes, I noticed she didn’t wet it enough too. She was running the comb under the water and combing her hair to wet it but it wasn’t wet enough for Olaplex 3 to properly absorb.
Olaplex is a bond builder not a protein so even if you over use it it won’t break your hair. Also I agree on wetting your hair first, number 3 should last way longer than 3 uses!

I could not recommend a mini table top fridge for your beauty products more highly! Keeps them nice and cold and AMAZING! Love love love for a puffy morning.

Hi love!! If it’s olaplex N3 try getting your hair damp first. That way you won’t use as much product! Another thing that may help is adding Olaplex N0 the same days you do the N3 treatment. N0 goes on your hair dry first for 10 mins (then wash) apply N3 on towel dried hair for 10 mins then rinse. I hope this helps and doesn’t feel like I’m telling you your doing it wrong!! Just a fellow damaged hair gal trying to help one out 🤍
I never take too hot of a bath either usually just warm enough to not get freezing. Like being in a warm swimming pool but just a little hotter to really relax the muscles.
Erin... The plume (lol) does look nice. It just needs more. A good rule of thumb is to do decor in threes... ie. The plume, a candle and a little succulent, all at different heights... Maybe a small ceramic tray (sushi plates work well for this) you can put jewelry on it while you sleep. I know you said accessorizing wasn't your thing, so I'm just offering suggestions! ❤️ Ya!

Carly! I went from deep red to blonde (over the course of two years). My advice is take Vitamin D supplements. Take care of your scalp, probably the most important. I bought one of the shower head massager things and started to use a scalp oil. That will help with hair loss. Maybe start using the whole Olaplex system, I know its expensive, but it really helps. It might help to also cut some inches off. But that is my non-hair dresser advice, so who knows! Everyone has different tips and tricks!

Dampen the hair before you apply the mask, you can leave it in for more than 10 but it stops doing what it does.. at the 10 min mark haha! A small amount goes a long way with slightly damp hair & I would focus ears to ends! Hope this helps bc I know it is pricy!
