Kiera’s become such a Mini Melissa! This coming baby is going to be soooo blessed to have so many older brothers and sisters to love it, and cherish it and help to raise it! Cannot wait for the spring after the winter!
When you first announced the new bundle of joy on the way I couldn't help but think to myself how lucky that new baby is being a part of your family. Perhaps even God himself went "Yeah we need to send another to this family, the world really needs it". The fundraiser you have going on now is just one example of how you take your success and spread it out to so many families. You guys set the standard. Thanks again for helping to make my weekend wonderful. See you next time.

Oh Jeremy you still got it. Your love for Melissa shows each time you look at her, and your words of encouragement are so sweet. God bless this child she is carrying. Bless your whole family 😊
My favorite thing to do with extremely large zucchini is to make zucchini boats. Slice it in half, carve out the middle until about 1/4-1/2 in. Then mince up the middle and add a couple of eggs(to hold everything together), mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, onions, and any other veggies you want, and if you want any meat(precooked like ground pork) add that too. Then bake and enjoy. This has turned into my specialty for family gatherings.

I remember being 8 yrs old and driving a tractor around by the time I was 11 I was driving a combine and grain truck going to the silos to dump. Teach the kids to drive the tractor to help , I’m 55 yrs old now, originally from Moscow Idaho, have a family centennial farm in Troy Idaho, now live in Boise. I will always remember those times and even though I don’t live on the farm anymore I still use those skills to this day and have been able to help others and really make a difference in others lives. I know it’s hard work and maybe other kids don’t have to but you will be better off than them in the future. Congratulations to you all you lift my heart with how you come from other areas and come hear to Idaho and not only love it as much as a native of Idaho but more importantly at least to me you respect it and us and a majority of us grew up with this life. All them kids are great. Kiera sets her self apart though to me in her work ethic and her interest in whatever the family is doing. She has a love for the garden and cooking. Such a solid family. Every one of these kids will be something special as they grow up and leave the nest.

About growing in colder climate (I’m born in north of Sweden US zone 3) get a frost cloth and make a tunnel over each garden bed. That way you can start earlier and extend in fall even though some frost nights.

I wish there was a love button ❤. I love to watch your family working together and helping each other. All pitching in to get a job done. (I have to admit when I watched them pulling those poopy 💩 mats out of the horse stalls, I found myself saying “gloves, guys! Where are your gloves!?” 😂no biggie. Just me. Lol) Their concern for you, Melissa, is touching. I’m so glad we get to go along with y’all through this new pregnancy. I’m a grandma so this is so exciting for me.

The best flooring for stalls and the area just outside the stalls for about 15-20’ is 3” rock covered with ag lime and compacted in. Then in the stalls use black rubber stall matts. I think Jeremy is delighted about this new baby coming. He just seems happier than ever! Melissa you are going to have a great deal of help with this new little one and he will have such wonderful examples of living life to the fullest. You have winter coming on so maybe a little slower time during the final months of pregnancy. Let your family help and give in to some rest. I too am a planner - at least I was until finally at 60 (I'm now 79) I realized I had very little control in life no matter how much I planned and I learned God was in control and He knew better than I did. LOL
This is my absolute favourite family and channel on UA-cam. I am so excited (not surprised 😉) for you all. Beautiful, totally in love couple, pregnancy is magical. Take care and stay well Melissa. God bless from a 74y/o grandma of 6 😊
Melissa, I feel for you with the family not letting you do anything; you are always so active it would drive me insane, take care & enjoy being pampered for the 6 months as it will soon be over . love to all see you next week
I was 7and half months pregnant with my daughter .before I stopped milking cow at a dairy farm. and took care my own horse all the way through pregnancy. As long as you are not having problems. And don't over due it you should be fine. you have a wonderful caring family.
The nice thing about it is you can take some of that horse manure and put in the garden. Oh, while it's sitting in there over the winter, it'll be like a put a lot of vitamins and nutrients and everything for plants next year
Many hands make light work great to see you all mucking in love the night shots 🤞🏻for the sheep maybe consider getting a pig there great for the waste garden as always it’s great watching you all thieve till nxt week much love from Tenerife❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m with Melissa’s “I don’t [need a break] I’m fine” Perhaps I’m too old school but I really don’t get the idea that pregnancy such a game changer in the day to day chores. It’s not an illness (I realize that there are unique situations…) Caution necessary but our bodies were created to grow life.
I think maybe it might be because she is older and women who are pregnant and older than 35 are considered “geriatric pregnancies”when pregnant. And maybe some things she might avoid when pregnant just to be on the safe side, like avoiding cat litter boxes or super heavy lifting. But it’s definitely good she’s active and healthy and that will be helpful while pregnant.
Staying active while pregnant will help make labor and delivery easier. That's what I was told. I worked in a factory till just before I delivered. I had my first at 27 and my second at 37.
Your baby has those 9 precious months to get the best from you. It won’t hurt mama to give some special attention to her body to give that baby every bit of extra care. Mama will get her body back.
It is wonderful for your children to be taught to help out. When I was young I was taught it made me the energetic person I am today not looking at what I have to do as a big deal drudgery I enjoy doing what needs to be done that what makes for a happy life. Your family have a wonderful life, they are lucky to be able to enjoy the wonderful fresh air. One of the many wonderful things you are teaching your children is to give back to charity. I enjoy watching your videos when I get the time. I live alone I am kept busy from early spring to late fall getting ready for the next wonderful season. I have a garden I burn wood I love spending most of my time outside enjoying the beautiful fresh air on the mountain living right along side of a beautiful lake all the wild life. I am excited about your being pregnant looking forward to a baby being added to your remarkable family that you have they are exceptional children because of the way you are teaching them to be. Take care until my next visit that I always look forward to see what everyone up to. ❤.
Hello my loving Idaho family!! Unfortunately it won’t be a brunch date today because I’m home in bed with 104 temp 😢. My grandson came last week for his fall break and he had already been sick a week and wasn’t any better. So my son took him to the Dr and he was strep positive. To be honest I think he had Covid with strep because he lost 11 lbs in one week before he came for his visit. Hopefully I’ll be better soon but for today it’s all I can do to make it from my bed to the bathroom. I absolutely adore how Jeremy is making a fuss over his lil momma!!! One thing is for certain this child will be in a loving happy healthy home♥️!!! I’m excited to see if we r getting a girl or boy🩷🩵!! I will be sending gifts for sure and I bet plenty others will too!! Thank you for sharing with us a glimpse into your lives this past week. The trees here are showing their brilliant colors in these Easter Ky mountains too. It’s my favorite time of the year. I’m gonna try to rest and get this fever down. As always I carry each of you in my heart and you’re ALWAYS in my prayers …until next week…sending love and prayers to you all 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻
I loved this, Ludo eating all the veggies made me laugh. My dog would never do that. Love seeing everyone helping and getting the work done. You can take those huge zuchinni and can small chunks in pineapply juice and they turn into pineapple. haha Seriously though.. use when you need canned pineapple in anything. You would never know the difference! You can also make mock apple pie filling and can that with those huge zuchinni. I do the pineapple but have never done the apple one. Some people also dehydrate it and then grind it into flour and use it for baking, like sub 1/2 of the flour for the zuchinni flour. I love it when nothing goes to waste, either you figure out how to eat it/preserve it or feed it to the animals who also need food. Those chickens thought they won the lottery. haha
I love what Paul Gautschi from Back to Eden teaches about tending your strawberry beds … he covers them with a layer of wood chips in the fall, just enough to bury the plants. The mulch cover will compost the spent mother plants and only the baby plants will come popping up in the spring, nicely spaced apart. I’ve done this and it works!
You must be new to this channel. They have always talked about how the kids help around the farm. Just because they are not filmed doing it doesn't mean it's not happening. Comment on what they share and not on your assumptions.
“Wow” I’m not sure if you’re just a rude person or if you just want the attention that negative comments get but either way, you don’t know anything about the kids! So put a sock in it and move along 🤭🆙
You’re teaching good things to your children, and they want to help garden, cook, etc. we love your channel. Congratulations on the new baby. 🎉

Oh, while it's sitting in there over the winter, it'll be like a put a lot of vitamins and nutrients and everything for plants next year
I'm always happy to see children born to great parents. Every child deserves that. You are Blessed.
So happy for you both and brothers and sister a little baby blessing for you all ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi Guys
Hope your keeping well Melissa
Thank you for sharing your family and beautiful sceneries with us. Melissa, take care of yourself and the little one.
I am Happy you are pregnant, Melissa. Congratulations. The way the kids are getting involved is all in God's Timing!
I just want to come sit in your yard and stare at the scenery.
As always I carry each of you in my heart and you’re ALWAYS in my prayers …until next week…sending love and prayers to you all 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻
Oh gosh, feel better!
Praying you get well soon!
Our dog Koda likes our garden veggies too. LOL
Congratulations on your new little one!!! I've watched you for years, thank you for being you!! Love you all!!!
Those chickens thought they won the lottery. haha
Right? I laughed when they came out like a herd when they were putting the tomatoes in there.
What a beautiful video. Scenery and music it’s just beautiful, congratulations on the pregnancy
Wow, that night sky at 9:47 and at 16:17! Perfection.
Good to see the kids helping out but they should have been helping all along
How do you know they haven’t been helping…..Assume nothing unless you have a personal connection. I am guessing you do not
They always have. They take care of all animals & other in house & farm chores
They always have helped out in the background, animals, garden and bigger projects.
