yeah they're probably out of ones they can revive at this point, 868 856 873 are in service, 852 broke down today and limped to CMF at reduced power, 861 was attempted to be brought back and wasn't able to and was stuck in a deadline 851 blew a rod so its dead forever 870 has an expensive and complex dynamic brake repair needed so unlikely it's going to turn another wheel either
PTC malfunction in the cabcar. PTC is blowing the horn for the grade crossings even though nobody is inside. normally pTC will automatically blow the horn if the engineer does not do so. I hope that explains it
