If you're going to be in central Florida some of my favorite spots that you should check out is Pop Thai Restaurant in winter park (amazing Thai food), Prato in winter park (Italian eatery known for their pizza) and Better Than Sex in Orlando (A Dessert Restaurant)
There's a convenience store/chicken joint in Lawrence Massachusetts called Jacqueline's and it gets used for "the more dangerous the neighborhood, the better the food is" memes.

I don't know where you are gonna be, but there's a food truck that rolls around here in the Port Charlotte/North Port area that has AMAZING Quesabirrilas. Also, there's a carribean food truck named Mumsy's. A sub place here called the Philadelphian with some banging cheese steaks.
You didn’t say what part of FL, but two restaurants I can recommend in Pensacola are, 5 Sisters Blues Cafe and McGuires Irish pub. There is also a McGuires in Destin.

You should try "Gyro King" in Jacksonville, Florida there food is good their Lemon pepper wings and I had about everything on their menu and they dont disappoint everything is cook fresh to order.

They are jumbo shrimp, but barely. Usually would be a 6 piece, but they gave you 8 to make up the difference in size.
