I just got my Fitbit Versa. Thanks for the setup instructions. I hate reading mamuals. I learn more by watching instruction vids. I also got the Inspire. I should have bought the Charge 3 instead since I'm used to my Charge 2. Now I'll have to google the Inspire instructions. 😏

You can press the bottom of the charger sides to open them, your not suppose to force it in, overall. Great video!

My Versa pretty much reset. It has the info in all the languages, but it also has info on the phone. I don't know how to get it out of the logo and languages screen

I’ve heard that the heart rate sensors on the versa are not that accurate, I just bought the charge 3 and I am loving it very accurate heart rate sensors and very comfortable and it’s waterproof so you don’t have to take it off to shower.
Thanks for uploading this tutorial. I have a question, on the Fitbit app, do I have to delete my other Fitbit in order to activate the new one??

Smh can you stop snapping the watch and forcing the watch to the charging dock. It has two buttons on the side that opens it to make it easy to place...your going to scratch it

Is there a video on how to setup using a PC? Also, need clearer view on how to operate buttons. I spent an hour trying to figure out to turn the versa on. Finally gave up and started looking for videos such as yours. Thanks for your help

I've tried to start my Versa 6 times now -- it refuses to do the setup/update. Advise?
Yeah my's to... It saying "found it" but continue comes up at the bottom with periods at the end. Then it says restart my Bluetooth and restart my Fitbit. I tried it but it continues to say the same thing

You do know u don't snap into the charger, you pinch the sides of the charging dock and the you put it in and let go
Mine is just stuck at the screen that looks like it's loading when connecting to the phone. It never goes through to ask for bluetooth pairing. Help! I have a oneplus 2. Old fucker phone, but it should work. But it doesn't!

Luis Correa Hi, I've tried about 20 times but my phone keeps saying there's and error when trying to update/connect to my versa. There is nothing wrong with my phone (Samsung s7 edge) and the versa is brand new. Have i got a faulty watch?

just bought the versa and it's brilliant, only one problem on the fitbit icon on my mobile i have a red dot with a number 1 in it, thought it was a notification but can't find anything, be grateful for any help
Don't force the watch down into the charger. Squeeze the sides and it drops right in.

If you want the GPS map to be shown, yes. You will need your phone to connect with the GPS. If you just want your run stats without your map, yes, you can sync it later with your phone.
Thanks for the review! Is there a film over the face of the watch behind the outer wrapping, like a screen protector? It seemed like there was on mine, tho I didn’t really attempt to mess with anything. Also, I’ve turned off quickview and the face still lights up. Am I missing something?

U should change background, describing black items with black background is not ideal
If u have problems with any fitbit devices, beyond your own troubleshooting based on some online tips and chat with Fitbit support... Fyi, Fitbit does not have any service or repair centres anywhere in the world. Once damaged, out of warranty... Just throw it away. Dont believe me? Contact fitbit support via chat and verify yourself. I had to throw mine away. .
