Hello, took a break to ask this before continuing -you said from the baths it would take a long time to get to the Castle? What is an easy way to get to the lifts to the Castle from the baths? Thanks.
Hellooo and massive apologies for such a delayed response! I had a lot of comments at the time and struggled replying to all of them on my own. What I meant was that the first time I visited Budapest, I walked through the main road and hiked to the castle, which was unnecessary as apparently I could just go through the Castle Garden Bazaar and then take the escalator and then the lift from there. Much easier. I hope you got that from the video in the end 🙏

Sorry you feel that way. Everyone likes to explore different things when it comes to travel, and there's no point in questioning others likes or interests - we're all different after all! Due to the way my brain is wired, I have very bad memory, so I forget the stuff I learn very quickly. On top of that, I have also trouble focusing on too much information. You're totally right! Budapest was a city created from merging 3 different towns, but in the video I was talking about the name Buda + Pest. @@danielazziptrips Óbuda translates to Old Buda, so I guess it would've been a bit redundant... :) (Also, up until the 19th century the common way to refer to the area was "Pest-Buda" probably because Pest was the more influential side, but Budapest rolls off the tongue more easily.)
