This series or movie, or whatever would you like to call it, is timeless. The fact that your seeing a piece of the past in the present is already priceless. It instill something(gratitude to our ancestors/predecessor) to the present generation. This is the reason why I like watching this genre of movie. I loved Pachinco and its characters... I'm Spanish and for the last two years I've been watching Korean series.... Pachinko is one of my favourites. I'm looking forward to the second part. Lee min ho as Hansu is magnificent.The series has made me interested in the historical facts of that time.

This series or movie, or whatever would you like to call it, is timeless. The fact that your seeing a piece of the past in the present is already priceless. It instill something(gratitude to our ancestors/predecessor) to the present generation. This is the reason why I like watching this genre of movie. Values are gradually shape inside of you just by looking at it. "Kudos" to all the casts and to everyone who imparted something to film this.
