Bless you Mike...thanks for hitting record and doing this stuff...I often wish I had it in me to do what you do, but so far our father hasn't convicted me thusly...
My bug out bags are hiking packs and have been raided several times since I first set them up...this video made me remember that fact and now getting those bags back in order has become a priority...
Had to pause and remark. I spent a lot of time writing out a plan and inventory as well. I ended up giving a printout to family and friends and most of them are well on their way to having good kits. Good ideas.
PICK A DESTINATION. Where will we meet or go, if WE are separated? Find thickest wooded area. Where you can HIDE in a evergreen 🌲 tree in a light, watertight PVC TUBE..2-3 days of food.
A great earthquake is coming, therefore some BRIDGES WILL BE OUT. Need flotation blow up to cross in some areas where bridges cross waterways. Your vest idea can eliminate a waist pack that allows your arms to be free to carry children, should you loose your larger and heavier backpack(s). You have great ideas, thank you.
Hey Mike, thanks for all you share. I haven't gotten one yet, but I plan to have a Martin (brand) Backpacker guitar to include in my bug-out gear. We'll need to worship and pray and that seems to be the most portable, best sounding guitar I can think of. They are at any music store and fairly inexpensive. Be well, brother!
I'm here! Good job, Mike. I also feel you're supposed to help us with preparation. Hope that helps with any needed confirmation. You have acquired a vast knowledge about preparedness. I'm thrilled you're sharing it. Especially, since your knowledge is coming from a Christian last days perspective. I'm eager to see what you will be sharing. I also subscribed to the other channel you recommended. You mentioned how God lined up your life experiences in preparation for the days to come. It is interesting. I did the same thing a few years ago. I couldn't understand why I had 3 distinct & different careers. I really questioned it. I will share briefly. Worked as an Administrative Assistant, Naturalist/Outdoor Education & as a Nursing Assistant. Yep, once you know what's going on & what's to come it becomes very clear. I was devastated when I left my outdoor job & went into nursing. But, I look back now and am so thankful God had his hand in all of this. I'm looking forward to additional videos! Oh yeah, and I married a military veteran.
Great vid, i feel dumb for never thinking of making a list. Also Dave Canterbury is a great Christian guy to follow if you haven’t already seen his stuff, he has a lot of info about long term primitive survival.
