    Anja, Just heard on the radio 4/23/2020,
    That the slaughter houses are having a very difficult time staying open. Tyson has closed & people are wandering what to do with all their cattle? LET THEM GO AND GRAZE AND ENJOY THEIR FREEDOM!!!!! 😁😁😁

    I completely forgot about the potato mayo! I’ve not been able to find tofu at all and I’ve been going without anything because I forgot there are alternatives, totally doing this, I have loads of garlic and potatoes 😋 may try with beans too 👍 brilliant!

      It doesn't need the extra fat... it's so tasty as is. As long as you have a neutral tasting silken tofu, it is the bomb!!

      No need to ask.... just do it! It will be thicker so you'd simply thin it out if necessary.

      Yes if you like... but I like some moisture so that it gives that silky creamy mouth-feel.

    Yum Anja! I can’t wait to try this but I will have to give it a go with the beans or potatoes. So when I do that will it still be a suitable dressing to store in the fridge for day a week? :)

    hi nice channel. i love anything garlic. btw you're australian right? can you do vegan version of australian food? or cooking with vegemite? i've had it on toast, but i think you can do more with it.

      Definitely give it a try! It should last about a week. This is a BIG batch already, but feel free to make more.

      I'm betting that since it is tofu it could be frozen though it may need reblending when removing from freezer

    Hi sonI followed this recipe. It tastes really good but the garlic is really too strong. Can u recommend how i can reduce the garlicky taste? I would hate to throw it away. Help( thk u in advance

    You don't eat it in one sitting??! That would be hard for me 😉😄! I absolutely love aioli 🤩! Great as a Pizza dipping sauce or with spaghetti! Or plain on some toast 😍

      I think You can use regular tofu but use a little bit water so it gets like anja is showing

      Silken tofu definitely gives a lovely silky mouth-feel... hopefully you'll be able to find some soon. In the meantime, enjoy the white bean alternative :-)
