So happy that you’re spreading the word about GCAL. When I first got my stone, I’ve only really ever heard of GIA so when my local jeweler introduced a GCAL certified stone, I had no idea that other companies can certify a stone and some of them are actually more thorough. I’m glad I went in with an open mind and glad my local jeweler was knowledgeable about these things. I wish more people would know about GCAL.

Will you be doing a video about HPHT and CVD diamonds?? Like what the differences are, most preferred, and your most preferred method??
We have done a few where we touch on it but we'll definitely make an update soon where we explain preference. The reality between methods is each has its process but what a lot of people don't know is that it goes through an extensive process to get it to look amazing. That's why curation is super important.

Hi @ByBonnieJewelry, I own an 8x GCAL myself for my A.Jaffe engagement ring, and truly, I must say, is such a beautiful thing. We never knew about 8X until viewing your videos and research, so thank you. Personally, we were struggling with making the decision of getting a Lab Grown vs. Natural, but it was very disappointing once we found out that only 1% of GIA Excellent diamonds would receive their new 8X cut grade. That was an eye-opener. Furthermore, among the rush of constant demand for Lab Diamonds, only less than 15% get an 8x grade. Can you make a future video that can easily explain these facts? It took a lot of research to do.

Is it possible for Jeweler to fake a certificate and pass off a lab grown as a natural diamond?
Hi dear! It's definitely possible for someone to fake a certificate, and try to sell lab as naturals. There has been an arrest made recently in Oregon for a case like that. It's extremely important to do your due diligence and work with someone that's honest.
