There are NO blue wires running from the battery like that IRL I have a video on my channel proving it. You have to replace the controller the speed limit is programmed into the controller the company has already confirmed this.

The only blue wire that size on a tiny bike like that os a phase wire, and cutting it will make the motor stop running. Any wire related to speed limit would be a AWG22 signal wire. It would be one thing if he was really stupid enough to do it, and didn’t know better, but this is an elaborate prank that will possibly have others destroying their bike.

Pretty sure bikes have limiters so the meet the requirements for street legal. Different classes of ebikes have different limits from 20-28 mph.
