I own one of the Hasbro Black Series Revan myself. I'm very happy to say that I have it's replacement coming to me in the mail soon and it will be a perfect companion for his Sith saber. The fact that unlicensed sabers from these sites can completely blow their Disney equivalents throw the wall at nearly the exact same price point is pretty astonishing. After getting my first neopixel saber last week (Atlas V3 from Imperial Workshop - Revan's Sith Saber) I will never look at anything from Hasbro or Disney again. Edit: Update on this. I got the same build you did I think, but mine's an SN Pixel v4 instead of Proffie. It's really nice overall, but suffers from a couple of slight design flaws. 1. The claws have a tendency to loosen up a bit over time, one even lost it's lower retention screw. I got some replacement screws and was able to fix it, and I was told some lock-tite would retain the screws permanently. Haven't done that yet but it's good to know that will work. 2. The blade shaft is a bit tight, so it takes some force to to get it all the way down. There's also some kind of security ring down near the pogo pins that gives the pixel plate on the blade just enough space to contact them, but when I'm spinning or doing some strike combos, the connection between the blade and the pins interrupts and causes some color errors. I can fix it by re-adjusting the blade with mild push and twist, but I'm not sure how to permanently fix that issue.
If it's available at a discounted price, I'd definitely buy the Hasbro I'm not super into cosplay just collecting and I know the Hasbrouck blade can go purple
Those three metal pieces on there is reason why I would not buy that you got to able to hold onto it. The need to shorten those to where you can hold it.
I know you're replacing your Hasbro one. But I'm seeking help for the one that I got from Hasbro Darth Revan. I see videos where you have the kyber in the hilt. And you can change the colors by holding down the 2 buttons. However, I tried doing it and it doesn't always work. I was wondering if there is a certain way to do. It does work when I remove the kyber crystal and put in the hilt the blade and then change the colors and then take out the blade and put back in the kyber crystal, it changes colors.
My friend of mine came home one day with this saber tattooed on his arm so I knew what to get him. The hard part is going to be keeping it hidden for a couple months. On the off chance he's watching this you'll know what's in that random box sitting on your desk in the future.
For a decent replica saber with neopixel you are gonna spend in the range of $300 to $400. This one here allows for a lot more customization, which is why it’s more. But check out Nsabers, neosabers, saberspro. They all have replica sabers with the entry level neopixel option. It gives you some customization. Just not as much as what I am capable of doing with the one in this video
@Hyperdrive A Star Wars Channel thank you so much for answering me! I was gonna start with a galaxy edge lightsaber, but I saw ur video that the sound is delayed and I didn't wanna purchase them if the swing sound is delayed. Keep up the great work!
I turn 43 yesterday my brother hyperdrive George ,I receive 5 DC statues the first 2 is one is the dark knight begins christian bail Batman diorama & heath ledger in dark knight forver part2 the joker & 3 different HARLEY QUINN 1:6 SCALE GIANT STATUESFOR MY FUTURE TOY MUSEUM FOR LONGBEACH HARRISON COUNTY MISSISSIPPI & ITS ALL FOR KIDS& ADULTS OF ME & YOU GEORGE ILL PUT IT ON THE MAP ONLINE GOOGLE MAPS SO THAT WAY I CAN GIVE YOU A TOUR OF THE BUILDING IN A FEW YEARS FROM NOW LOVE YA MAN?
They didn’t mess it up. I altered the colors and sounds for this lightsaber. It’s impossible to get a deep purple with neopixel lightsabers currently. You can get Magenta or lavender. But purple doesn’t seem to work that well
This is sick AF as is Revan himself! Thanks as always for the killer share! MTFBWY
May the force be with you!
Does this have an indicator light when charging completely out of the hilt in the chassis and if not, how do you know when it is fully charged?
@@MadeInDetroit63 it doesn’t. I use a separate battery charger that has an indicator. This one you can remove the battety
@@HyperdriveStarWars Thank you! 🙏🏽 What charger do you use? Is it a 5v 1a charger?
The Black series hilt is good, solid, but chunky. The other replica hilt is slimmer and fits more comfortably in my hand.
Just a thought…..the skinnier version of this hilt is much more comfortable which i have and is this a txq or lgt?
That’s Revan’s Jedi lightsaber if you weren’t aware.
His Sith lightsaber is a lot more plain.
Awesome review! Thank you for sharing this hilt !
Thanks Jeff!

Just checked their site out, that Jedi Revan is pretty sick as well!
Yea it is. I may grab that as a companion to this one. But there are so many that I want lol.
This IS the Jedi Revan saber.
i got the kyber sounds as well but mine doesnt have the badass revan theme for some reason
If it's available at a discounted price, I'd definitely buy the Hasbro I'm not super into cosplay just collecting and I know the Hasbrouck blade can go purple

Technically , its jedi revan second lightsaber

Bro. I f’in love Revan.
Me to bro!
Do you have to by the neoplix version for it to change color
I'm certainly picking up one those but I'm also picking up a Saber pro version of Darth Revan's lightsaber.

Sick setup!
I always thought it was funny Revans Jedi lightsaber looks more like it would be for a Sith than his actual Sith lightsaber
How do you change the colour of it
Did you get rid of the Hasbro one? Looking for one myself.
What is the difference of nepixel and profie saber and is this company reliable I want to get the rev 2
that saber is sick. just not affordable.
I got a few Sabers lined up that are much much cheaper. This one is on the pricier side
How is the saber in a two handed grip?
We’re you get the blasters
Looks awesome 🔥 🔥🔥 great review video 👍 😎
Thanks Candyman!
How long did it take too get?
Did you sell the Hasbro?
What is a company that sells budget friendly replica neopixel light saber with a good sound chip?

The hasbro darth revan one is cool that it changes color but the purple has corn cobbing and its disappointing.

They really messed this one up not making it purple

Yes would you gift me the Hasbro saber
i am the first😜
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!
You can still add sound fonts on a sn4 which is the cheaper option
