What does this mean for me? I'm currently on 1072 count over the last 3 months. Over the last 3 years they've increased from 450 to 1072 but i was never treated or diagnosed with anything. Only recently 20th Nov, that I went in for a bone marrow biopsy. Follow up, 11th Dec 2023. What do I have? Only platelets are elevated.
@@mrmoodymusa7629 Firstly, thank you for asking. Unfortunately my Haematologist doesn't know. He said I'm a mystery. They are now going to do Geno testing at Royal Marsden. My platelets are currently 1074. I do have mutations but not JAK2. So good news but not good news. Another 3weeks plus to wait. Growing bone marrow takes time.
