Great comparison! I moved from a Tuono 1100 RR to a RS 660 and never looked back. I got frustrated with the V4 because I could never get even close to its potential. The RS is just more fun for my style of riding.
Only 10% of riders can really use the whole potential of a liter bike, the rest of us 90% are good with smaller engines. 660 Tuono factory is a great bike. I can confirm it after 20k km
great video. Learned a lot without even going to a track. I own a Tuono 660 Factory, for two years now. There is not a track near Washington DC area, but I would like to try one some day. Do you know of any Aprilia clubs that I could join in my area?
I own a 660 Factory and I found it annoying initially, and my foot did go numb on one occasion after 2 hours of fast riding. Since then I've added $20 insoles to my boots and am a bit more deliberate about moving my foot around and I haven't had an issue since.
This is the kind of test that caused me to stop subscribing to Cycle World. ☹️. I don't ride my motorcycles on a racetrack 30 minutes at a time. I want to know how they work on the street and the freeway
Great review, always love seeing Aprilia content.
As an owner of both of these motorcycles, I loved to see this video.
Thanks Tyson!

Enjoyed this video, good job mate
Cheers dale!
Great Vid! Love my 21 V4F.
Only reason I'd ever sell it is when the Ape will bring shift cams. Eats rear tires like the Cookie Monster.

People talk about the annoying vibration on the pegs of the Tuono 660. What’s your opinion?
It's not too bad on the track because you're always moving about on the seat. On the street, however, the vibes can be a touch annoying.

in this scenario where does the RS660 fit ? and perhaps the new Daytona660 ?
and thank you

Well, considering this was a track test, that might be a little tricky.

David, it’s literally a Track Test. Not anywhere else to review that but…. well…. on the track.
Why do you call Full face bikes Naked? In America 🇺🇸 its the exact opposite. Naked’s are like the MT09
Because it is a naked
@@daniisdlx are you stupid? Or didn’t understand the question? Maybe European? That’s the opposite of a naked bike. That’s a full face bike.
@ rennie_scaysbrook we need you to come back with an Aprilia to Mosport and show them how’s it’s done.
