@@rawlecrondon6761 I left Guyana in the seventies and the country had little old houses everywhere people was starving for food like flour peas and many items that was ban . When i returned in 2014 it looks like a country that anyone can be proud of. Ask yourself who was the reason for that .It clearly shows that the Government that was there for the 23 years did something significant and make people lives better. By the way i did not know any President that rule who didn't steal except for Cheddy and maybe Hoyt.
