This is Part 2 from my recent Road trip to Rameshwaram. Finally rode down the stretch of road at Dhanushkodi that I've heard so much about. No permit or anything was required. Hope you enjoy the watch. Also, Part 3 of this series will have something very different.
I was there around November 2017 [23rd Morning] ... like you said .. insanely beautiful ... no words to describe ... sometime in the future i would like to ride with you .. withing south india off course .. i wanna discover our backyard first and others :) I did not get down to the beach .. just rode till the end of the land point ... took a few clicks and started towards tirunelveli/thoothukudi :)
Such a divine place is Rameshwaram.....Your skill with the lens, accompanied with your calm, peaceful voice has enhanced the beauty of the place on a whole new level.......
I saw both of your vlogs, and i don't know why, it feels like either in you or in your camera has a magic, that every footage from your eye looks just heavenly beautiful...!!! I can't stop myself commenting each time after watching you.!! Have a great journey ahead, and Happy new year, in advance..!!
Yes, probably because it was more remote, and less touristy.. I see a lot of tourists and vehicles in your video and did spot some trash flying about in the wind. When I visited in 2012, there was no "Pucca" Road to Dhanushkodi back then. It was a sandy trail running by the shore (for the final 6 kms or so). The locals at Rameswaram ran tractors and share autos/vans on the sand. This metaled road that you show in your video in the last part has to be a recent construction (well after 2012). The tourist activity in this area is going to go up, and I hope people respect the place and not litter and bring their bad Indian ways to this pristine place.
I dint know there was a straight road to Dhanuskhodi. It is simply a scenery. Thanks for this! I plan to visit this soon. Tamil Nadu is just amazing - History, Coastal Lines, Hills, Sea, just so many things!!
I'll tell you what sir. There is some magic in your videos. Everytime i see your vlogs it is like seeing new places everytime through your eyes. Sheer magic sir.
Hi Anna..the best time to visit dhanushkodi is sunrise..the view is just out of this world and mind blowing..ohh weren't you scared of the jelly fish😨🐡..From your videos I have come to a conclusion that you love dogs don't you!!!Another whole new reason to be your # theevira rasigan..
I can imagine. We actually planned to go for sunrise but somehow just kept riding and landed up there. Maybe next time I will catch a sunrise there. :)
Been there 5 years back, when the roads ended almost 8 kms before the sangam. Me and my wife trekked 4kms and hitchhiked rest of the distance. I loved the walk and driver through on four wheel drive on sandy beach, i feel the new road robs you of that experience. Nonetheless its amazing being on the tip where Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal meets.
Brilliant, great video, you are letting the world know how great our nation is when it comes to amazing destinations..thanks for taking me to this place virtually, I would plan for my trip there soon, keep up the great work..!!
I thought Kashmir is the heaven of India ...........uhhh man and then today I saw this place #rameshwaram wuhhhhhhhohh ..saare jaahan se acha Hindustan hai hamara😍
guarantee of mind blowing visuals... wow...that's something we get in each of u r videos.....still when its said guaranteed...its more exciting...n worth waiting for.....TFT...u r amazing
just beautiful, where else in India can you park your bike in the middle of the road, I know they do it everywhere, its funny how the beautiful places never have people in them
I've loved all your videos, but there is more energy/enthusiasm/excitement in your voice in this. Still all are equally awesome. I guess my next lomg distance trip will be Dhanushkodi.
Once again rohith, amazing work and most importantly apart from the vlog I like you in it. Few people in their own video annoys you. I have been pinging you a lot on Instagram for the videos it’s worth it. Once again just mind blowing brother!
Guess I got lucky to visit this amazing place when there was no road yet. We walked about 8 KM on sand to reach the tip of the land mass. Great video btw!
Very scenic most beautiful place, should have made a longer video :)) maybe one day I will visit this heaven too.... Also again very well narrated, always with you its a calm voice that tries to hide your excitement!!
Your story telling skills keeps on getting better and btw thanks for tha amazing visuals, makes me want to get down to dhanushkodi amd see all things for myself. Ty TFT.
Drone shots were required at a place like this ...... Amazing views.... You're really blessed to travel such beautiful places Bro!!! Love from Lucknow.
Bro...Ur vlogs are amazing...keep going. Ur videos are crystal clear and ur speech is mesmerising along with the video which makes ur vlog unique than others.
I travelled here in December 2016. The road was just laid and vehicles were not allowed. I had to stop 7kms from this point, had to use a maxicab till Danushkodi and walked 4 kms to ram Sethu point. It was worth the walk...the whole beach was just for me, no one was there.
I watch your presentation regularly. What I feel that your presentation is free from unwanted noise which is very important. Secondly, it depicts the eternal essence of nature, roads, and surrounding, people and culture more than the expression of yourself. I admire your sublime presence in the blog. Go ahead.
YASS!!!! BEST EVER COAST LINE OF INDIA FOR SURE!!!! Been there through Road as well as train!! I would say, you can spend the entire night in the train just to cross PAMBAN by Train during sunrise!! It'll be an unimaginable sunrise I'd say :D Coming to your video!! As always!!!! A R RAHMAN of Vlogging :D MAN who injects slow poison.
