OMG that is brilliant. I have an x cut machine & all my dies stick so gonna try that. I spend ages poking out my intricate butterflies. Thanks for this amazing tip xx

on some occasions Kathleen more intricate dies just need a shim ... like a scrap piece of card over to make the sandwich thicker and it works but some dies are just terrible and so the drier sheet really does help x

I've heard of this idea, but never tried. Partly because I don't use dryer sheets (allergy reasons). But this works so well. I might have to buy a box. Thanks for sharing the idea. Muriel

***** Thanks Muriel , they can be strong as the softener is obviously concentrated maybe pick a sensitive skin one ??? xx Amanda

Brilliant, many thanks to the lady from Facebook that showed you this and thanks for sharing it on here with us, I know I do miss out by not using Facebook so I'm really happy when anyone shares crafting stuff they've found from there, I've got some dryer sheets but I'm wondering if the cheap dust covers that you can buy in pound shops will do the same thing...I've got one somewhere so next time I'm die cutting I'll try it (if I can find the dust cover that is..lol..) off to watch your last book folding vid now...x
