I could spend hours looking at shiny colourful stones, just a pity I can't find many expensive good gems but apparently there are some Sappires on the Isle of Harris and Rubies on a beach on the Northeast coast of Scotland. Not allowed to remove the Sapphires when rough from the island. That's understandable for local cutters,Rubies are yours to keep. Good luck speaking folks.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💎🌋💎😁🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hello Sir my name is Ben Garber. I really like your video, I'm very curious about rock collecting and my favorite gem is the sapphire. I am hoping you can help me answer some questions about mining. My first question is what kind of tools/machines do you use to mine. Also I live in Illinois and I am hoping a more experienced miner such as yourself can point me too a place i can mine for gems like you. Thank you for reading this.
