Graham, your syncing results were fantastic - anything over 50% is meant to be powerful going. Can you go over the program you used for syncing? I'm just getting around 50% and would like to tighten things up. So anything I could learn would be appreciated!
Be best to talk to your vet or ai man for advice. It was an 8 day program gnrh and cidr on day one 2 shots of pg and another gnrh on day of ai. What were you using
Probably don’t keep as near as I should they are quite but you never know. I’m welding up the pillars at the minute and waiting on digger to get back to fill in around tank and level around
It may be a little bit of afterbirth or a bit of dirt or something left over from calving causing an infection that cow wasn’t handled so can’t have been introduced by us hard to know what caused it. Usually shot of estamate and antibiotics cure it not this time
@@MartinRock-ex4hf I’m not 100% sure of when she started but she was coming around every 3 was when we started taking notice of her constantly bulling before scanning

Great cattle, wat is the breeding of the second bull graham
He is after whinfell park lomu wouldn’t be a bull for heifers
Great cows. Would you ever consider introducing some Belgian Blue AI on them. Big strong cows would calf a blue no bother
Tried bb in the past had difficulty with them bit of a learning curve to calving bb successfully
How yeah for ragwort this year Graham? Seems to he v bad this year. Serious weanings 😮
Ya there is a fair bit about be picking it when out in old pickup throw it in back
@@Kavanaghfarmingcan’t beat pulling the ragwort, every day at herding I get rid of any I see
Whats causes a cow to be "dirty" and not go incalf?

Did she come bulllin every 21 days after birth?
