I smiled all the way through this video. Congratulations man. Few things can top the feeling. Child birth, marrying the woman your love, NEW BIKE! I wish you many safe miles ahead!
Haha, you're like me always thinking that something might come in handy when you should really be throwing it away! I take it a warrant is like an MOT in the UK? Congratulations on your new ride, it looks awesome.
Yes! Congrats again to you both on the new bikes. I won’t call it an upgrade because to me they’re different bikes and I don’t wish to disrespect the previous bikes!
Bruce, Great to see you well and back on 2 wheels! love the new bike and can't wait to see more of it! Oh and Relle looked good on that Road Glide................Two Kiwi Baggers....G'day Riders 👊🏻
Gidday Bruce, What a beauty of a Bike. good on ya. I was surprised to hear that you don't need a warrant for 3 Years on a Brand New Bike. Man that's a Bonus. Anyway enough Talking, I'm going back to drool over your Bike once again LOL. Ride Safe Cheers Paul
enjoy ya new ride at least it got twin disc front brakes the better...fit a Rinehart slip on exhaust & the maximus tuner i have those fitted it turned heads while just putting along you won't be disappointed..happy riding..cher bro
I know I've already said it, but that is one wicked bike. "Start it up and rev the shit out of it" that's classic, I think we need to work on our bell size here in NZ, I know some people may think it's over compensating, but I think M&V need to get in a Church bell! Bout time HD upped their game regarding the back pack much more user friendly than the over shoulder job. I was gutted for you when you started your earlier vid with " I've told them I don't want it", so really happy for you, congratulations and I hope you have many happy & safe travels on your new Lowrider ST Beast!👍😀😎
Congrats it is a beautiful bike, good call on leaving the Sport Glide seat strap off, it makes removing the seat a huge Pain in the A$$. We took Firecrackers off already.
Congrats mate… nice video and managed to capture your genuine feelings 👌🏼. I am actually looking to buy my first Harley and wanted to get your feedback on few issues: 1. Did you consider the sports glide? Why you didn’t get it instead? 2. Did you have any issues with the low rider’s air filter (when I tried the bike at the dealer, it was touching my legs)? Is there a difference after you had the forward controls? 3. Generally is there any difference handling wise compared to the low rider s? 4. How did you find the digital screen? Is it easy to get the rpm and speed reading while riding? Thanks 🙏🏼
Cheers! I found the Sport Glide too pedestrian for my taste. Plus having ridden both the Low Rider S 114 and the 117, I knew with that as the foundation that the ST was the bike for me. The heavy breather does take up a lot of space. I'm 180cm and my leg didn't touch the filter with the mid controls on. With the forward controls on it is noticeable touching my leg when braking but I think it is something that I won't even notice after a while. The handling is very good. The fairing has been well engineered and there is very little buffeting. I would say that the lack of wind buffeting does make the handling superior over the Low Rider S in my opinion. I had the digital screen on my last bike so I was very familiar with it already. I find it easy to read. It is easy to scroll through the different readings with the button right next to the clutch thumb. All the best with your decision making 😎
Thank you so much mate for your detailed reply and I guess it is settled now… will probably hit the dealer soon to put a deposit on the ST… now it is the waiting game 😔
Did I hear right...were you getting out of the car before it actually stopped?😂😂 Now that was a candy shop moment😁 Very, very, cool, Bruce. Ride well. Cheers
had to have a giggle to my self with the hammer down bars comment... i recently had mine turn up( absoloutly gawgus work and tough bars) but refering to the wait time lol... was qoted 4week job , when it got to 8 weeks i began to email daily for progress reports ... an i tell u what , the guy bruice i delt with was a farkn angel i sware man.... i would of told me to fark off.... moral if the story is .... hammerdown is the only way go go team haha just be mindful on the wait , and please be kind to bruice 🥹🤓🤌 absolutly pumped your vids are coming back.... night train the world haha big block club

GG Mr KiwiRider. Look forward to seeing the new adventures once those bars get here and you can both get out on two wheels.

I think I will throw them away but I'll think on it a little longer 🙃 Yes, our Warrant of Fitness (WOF) is like your MOT 👍

Very cool brother. I did smile when you said you'd take the long way home but I thought via Christchurch was a bit excessive. Lol. Enjoy. Bless Goose.
Cheers brother Goose 😁
Loved the vid, felt like I was in the shop

Cheers brother 🤟
I’m happy for you! I need to talk my wife into taking my Street Bob so I can upgrade😁 she rides a 2019 Iron 1200.
A very similar situation to us. Relle's been ready to get a bigger bike for a long while now so it seemed like a good option. Good luck to you both
Well you'll be glad you didn't pick it up today!! Nastiest weather we've had in Dunedin in a while. Congratulations on the new bike.
Cheers! Yes, it's a shocker out there today!
Awesome 👏 congratulations 🎉🎊🎈
Awesome have you been able to ripe the grin off your face yet. And Rea need that Road Glide
That road glide is a stunner. 131, with all the mods. It belongs to the dealer principle 👍
Congrats great choice 😆 very jealous right now and I don’t even own a Harley but my wife does lol 😝

Fantastic!!
Shit that's a nice bike. Would like to know roughly how tall are you and did you get any head buffering from the shield?
5'11" 180cm. Almost zero buffeting 👍
@@MisterKiwiRider cheers my friend. Ride safe
Yep, totally want to buy a new bike now so I can get that free Harley bag.
Haha, I know right?! "Free" :D
And now the labourious break-in period begins. Exciting, times my friend. So happy for you.
When does the Fatty come home?
I'll be home about 5pm...oh, you mean the bobber! ;D Still not sure, waiting on the replacement bars to arrive
💯👍
