- Hey guys! Another 2 AMAZING episodes but we absolutely hated Appa's Lost Days. Such a horrible episode but one that I think needs to be seen. This season is just SO good!

7:09, fun fact about a part here! The girl that is speaking, you dont show her in the clip but you can hear her say "Fluffykins" in the audio, she was designed after and voiced by a girl who visited the Avatar Studios for her Make-A-Wish! She originally just wanted a tour of the studio but the crew decided to do something better and give her a tiny role in the show with a character modeled after her ❤️
27:37, another fun fact! The episode "Appa's Lost Days" won a Humane Society Genesis Award for it's depiction of animal cruelty in the Fire Nation circus! The Genesis Awards are "given to individuals in the major news and entertainment media for producing outstanding works which raise public awareness of animal issues"

The two most tear bending episodes in all of ATLA
Iroh's son, Lu Ten, died during the Siege of Ba Sing Se :( That was the turning point in Iroh's life, what made him change his whole view on the world and his belief in the war and the Fire Nation's ideals.
Bless him! I absolutely LOVE Iroh! He is one of my favourite characters! So sad he lost his son.
@@ReactsandgamesI don’t like how the show makes it seem like iroh was a good men if his son didn’t die he would’ve been the same as any other fire nations member his siege on ba sing we killed a lot of innocent children and family’s but since we only see good iroh everyone tends to forget he’s done a whole lot more bad then good
Are u know, the Honor of Mako is honor for the voice actor of Iroh. He already sick when he sing the song and already finish all voices for season 2. He past away before this episode released.
The show makes it really easy to hate the fire nation but Iroh shows that there are good people even in the worst places that punish sympathy and reward cruelty. Such a great characte

Appas lost days is an important episode because we know how much the team loves, needs and depends on appa but here we get to see how much appa needs, loves and misses them too. He would be lost without them.
The last growl of Appa was the one who waking up Momo in his dream
And the best part when Katra told toph that she was pretty she was telling the truth because toph knows when people are lieing she can feel the change of energy in that person when they lie

Iroh's son died in the war of the fire nation and that's why he is the way he is.
It highlights the relationship between appa and momo and aang . Their bond is different from aang sokka and Katara

It is so awful! Heart breaking episode to watch!
I haven’t seen anyone mention it, so I thought I’d do so. Tales of Ba Sing Se is the first time in the series that we see Zuko firebend without a bunch of grunting and yelling. His firebending is fueled by his anger, and when he lights the lamps, it’s the first time we see him channeling positive emotions to fuel his firebending, and thus, he doesn’t have to yell to do so. Such a great little detail.

That's impressive, I've never seen any reactor manage to get through the Iroh scene without crying, let alone be able to talk over it.
Tales of Ba Sing Se gets me right in the feels every time. Iroh is just wonderful.
