East Family, thankful for the contagious kindness you share in all platforms. The internet can be a dark place and y’all always find a way to be there for others ❤❤❤ As a teacher I am thankful for my students, I have grown and learned how to manage my creativity, patience, and kindness. I am more aware of the power and impact I can make in their lives when creating art, how to help them improve, cope, grow, and learn. I have been listening to your podcast at night in bed. Your voices are so soothing. As a single mom with 2 teenagers and a non verbal toddler with autism , I am so envious of the teamwork you two have with each other. I am grateful for my healthy, happy kids. But this year has been a real struggle between the massive cost of living increase and the lack of help I have as a parent. But when I get caught up in stressing about these things, I remind myself I am so blessed to have healthy children that are happy and know mom will always show up.

Secondly I’m thankful for a new appreciation of my second home in California (got over the freshman year homesickness). Life can be hard but if you find resources like your pod cast you g Find sunshine in the clouds
I’m a momma of two. My son is 10 months and my daughter is almost 2 1/2! There is so much to be thankful for, but it’s also been a very hard year. My hubby and I have already been through a ton before having babies, I have some pretty painful health issues. And our babies have health issues too. 1. Thankful for family. We have been through a ton in the past couple of years and without some of our family, it would have been so much more difficult than it already was! 2. Health - although we have some health issues we can’t control, we have been surrounded by certain people who have been in our corner and we have gone to tons of specialists for my 10 month old, because they don’t know exactly what’s going on with him. Although it’s been really overwhelming, it’s also shown us who we can trust and count on in such an important time in life. 3. This podcast - and y’all 😍 with everything going on in our life, it’s nice to take a moment to just sit for a minute and feel like I can relax for a small amount of time. 4. Community- the community around us has definitely changed over the past little bit, but we are so thankful for those that have stepped up in such an important time. 5. My marriage - this year it has not been easy. We now have two littles - and adding health issues on top of all of that, is really difficult. Our relationship has definitely been stretched but we also have clung to each other. We still have room to grow, and we always will, but this year has definitely helped us grow together! Thankful for y’all and your influence on everyone including our family 💓
I'm so grateful I found your channel because I have been on a healing journey due to unresolved trauma and grief from losing loved ones so young, grateful for my progress in my healing journey, my weight loss success after two health conditions were a wake up call, my job which is a social worker inside a prison to help incarcerated people change their lives, and my Aunt Uncle and cousins who treat me like immediate family since I lost my parents and brother so young to terminal illness 🙏
There are more than 5 things I am thankful for but the top 5…. 1. My husband. He works countless hours to provide for us 2. My parents health. My dad is 82 and my mom is 78. 3.

Find sunshine in the clouds

I am thankful for Jesus, the word, my husband, kids, my church family, my job, I could go on and on…😊
I'm so grateful I found your channel because I have been on a healing journey due to unresolved trauma and grief from losing loved ones so young, grateful for my progress in my healing journey, my weight loss success after two health conditions were a wake up call, my job which is a social worker inside a prison to help incarcerated people change their lives, and my Aunt Uncle and cousins who treat me like immediate family since I lost my parents and brother so young to terminal illness 🙏
There are more than 5 things I am thankful for but the top 5….
1. My husband. He works countless hours to provide for us
2. My parents health. My dad is 82 and my mom is 78.
3. My children/grandchildren.
4. Food on the table

This year has been challenging to say the least but I love your perspective on gratitude and it is one that I help teach my clients as a psychotherapist! The things that I am grateful/thankful for are the ability to pursue higher education, the support I have had from mentors and family in my pursuit for my master's degree, my dog and partner, the home that we have together and the friends who have pushed me to challenge myself. I have a huge list of things I am tankful for and I review it and add to it everyday. It's a great way to start and end my day. Love you guys! Love your show! Thankful for your time, effort and willingness to share your life and perspectives!
