Integrity is said to be the most sublime thing in human nature and the man who has it in him will outshine any genius without even speaking a word. It is one of the 4 primary pillars of prosperity.
This is from my favorite writer, James Allen - 8 Pillars of Prosperity. The man to me is like Buddha, he only wrote the Truth which he experienced from himself. He never wrote for the sake of writing and deliberately avoided fame. He is a prophet of meditation who also taught me that just one hour of meditation can give you more knowledge than one years reading could impart, this is a guy who read and wrote a lot and practiced meditation daily.

I heard this story in my buddhism book in grade 7 or 8, I remember this story and it has changed my life. I am lucky to be born in Sri Lanka as a buddhist. Thank you for all the effort in ur stories.

I read this story in my childhood days, the story is from Jataka Tales, I can remember the names of the two salesman were seriba and seriban . Our grandfather also used to say about these moral stories. Love from India 🇮🇳

I am always honest about what i think and what i am, even if others could think bad of me, i don't care because that's who i am and i'm proud of it. I'm proud of my choices, my ideas, my passions, ofc i try not to hurt others with my words, but i want to be myself all the time, so i'm trying to find the right balance! In the end being honest to others and yourself always proves to be sooo beneficial to you

Spiritual story:
Once upon a time there lived a painter. The painter was very talented and he could depict his imagination. Once he came up with a idea that he wanted to paint a picture of world most spiritual person. And then he started searching country to country, because he wanted to see how a spiritual person look like. After long time he found a young boy , who was sitting under a tree and feeding his cow. The young boy looked like a prophet, his face was very calm and peaceful. The painter after seeing him he was very impressed and the painter drew a picture of young boy.
After a while the painter again came up with a idea that he wanted to paint a picture of world most evil person. He again started searching , and after a long time he found a man in the prison, the man looked like a devil and cruel, and the man did so many crimes. After seeing him the painter paint the evil man. The picture was very terrifying and horrible.
After few days passed, the painter was very satisfied because he painted his desired picture. So one day the painter was looking at both pictures, the spiritual one and evil picture. And he was observing those pictures and then suddenly a man was crying behind him very loudly. The painter looked back and saw the evil man who he had seen in prison. The painter asked the evil man " why you are crying" the evil man replayed " the picture you painted of a spiritual young man it was also me" the painter was shocked, and then the painter asked "how a spiritual young man changed into a evil man?" And the evil man replayed "I missed my path of truth, honest, I missed the middle path of present moment."
It is possible in life , if you don't follow the path of truth. And the path is very narrow.🙏🙏🌹

I have no quote for you, but I can tell you how much I appreciate this video and its lessons within. I still feel sad for the dishonest sales man upon his death. He never knew the true beauty and gratitude of happiness and died too early so that he couldn't learn more.

I always get told I'm *too nice or too soft* when dealing with people. But I have a philosophy going into everything if 8 out of 10 people understand and appreciate honesty, they return it in kind, so the 2 put of ten (who are greedy, untruthful) are worth the risk each and every time no matter what I'm buying or selling.

My girlfriend leaves for no reason. Everything was perfect, we were both happy, we laughed and made jokes and lived together for 3 years. It was unbelievably amazing. The most beautiful relationship I could ever dream of. All of a sudden, she decides to leave me.
My mother has cervix cancer and her health is getting worse and worse every day.
I literally have 0 friends in my life, no one to talk to on a daily basis.
I haven't smiled in a month now.
But tonight, I've decided. After my girlfriend leaves next week, and after my mother passes away, I'll take my own life as well.
Only after I took this decision, for the first time in a month, I've smiled, laughed, and felt at peace within myself.
So, thank you @Dare to do. Motivation, for everything you posted.
My father used to beaten and tortured me for 16 years since I was just a baby.
At the age of 2, I've been declared dead by doctors, my mother's faith saved me (it's a long story).
At the age of 16, I've had my first friend EVER. Which 2 months later became my girlfriend, after 6 months of a relationship on 16 July 2008, she died in my arms in a car accident.
Now I've been the happiest for 2 years and 11 months with my girlfriend and now she leaves all of a sudden.
I've inspired so many people, I've changed people's lives, I've always been the strongest and the most positive person everyone got to know.
But, this is my limit. I can't go on. I have no friends, no one to talk to on a daily basis, I'm all alone. And I'm about to lose the only 2 people who were in my world.
I'm happy and at peace with my decision. Still hurts to lose my girlfriend after we made so many plans together, even for Christmas this year, but at least I'm at peace I'll just die one day.
Don’t take your own life. You will find someone else one day. I know what it’s like getting beat as a child...anyways take care of yourself man. I’m going through something also.
You need to be strong. One day it will all be worth it.
I am sorry it has to be me that leaves us. But this is the way. You can't give up. No matter what.
