In the video, G-Code Line 10: Wrap that "T1 M6" in parenthesis to comment it out (or delete the line).
Otherwise Universal G Code Sender/GRBL will complain about it when you try to run the code. T1 is tool #1 (tool numbers are defined in Fusion360 in the Tool Library). This line is to select your tool from an automatic tool changer (which these machines don't have, which is ok), and thinks you have the tool in the #1 tool changer position.
