I have been trying to practice handstands every day for almost 3 months now. I'm definitely improving, but I'm not consistent at all yet! I've held several 5-7 second handstands at least. Great vid!
If you want to learn the one arm handstand 20 - 30 seconds of a normal handstand are enough i am not a Master of one arm handstand but i can hold it for like 5 seconds and also the x handstand for maybe 2 seconds

Improve your handstand so you barely have to make any corrections with your fingers... When you're less dependent on your fingers in order to balance you will get the single bar hs fast..

Can İlhan oahs is 100x harder than it looks, all the variations make you balance between 2 and 4 ways (falling l-r or forward-backward) while one arm handstand require you to control twisting and every direction...
I feel more comfortable with fingerless handstands than straight bar handstands. These just feel impossible, and I have a decent amount of grip strength.

I Think this handstand is actually harder than one arm handstand because i cant hold the iguana but the one arm for like 3-5 seconds
