On the referee, a reminder that the referee in the Netherlands Romania game has a history dating back to the early 2000's of major match fixing, with Jude Bellingham even calling it out in a post match interview when Dortmund lost to Bayern a couple years ago. I don't think UEFA give a crap how good the referee is
Bologna have a full squad of great prospects going for calafiori is genius before he becomes one of the best and they have to pay quadruple the price
its not just about current playing form, its the potential under great coaching. With the coaching staff at Arsenal right now i have alot of faith and have proven their worth with many players now. Excited for every player we bring in :)
Calafiori is an excellent centre back, he's been amazing all season. Especially amazing on the ball, solid defensively as well.
Yessss finally welcome to Arsenal 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great signing for us, COYG!!
Arsenal did great business they gonna be dangerous in the new season 👏
I think Xavi simons goal was offside feels like i'm the only one tho
After the last 2 seasons I can't believe people are judging artetas decisions, raya for ramsdale remember??!
The perfomative anger content machine is ramped up these days
you really just exposed yourself for not knowing ball. he has been unbelievable for Bologna.
Mark… how do you know United have not scouted him? You’ve literally said numerous times we scout thousands of players
Arsenal actually acting like a big club? Couldnt be my club
arsenal have excellent defensive depth - lots of tall people that can play multiple positions along the back. Timber will be available for them this year also.
His injury record is not impressive, but we will see how it goes
Bit funny,we need attackers top 9,good quality RW and good quality attacking midfield but we go for defender first🤦🤦
He is a defender that is good on the ball. Will suit Arteta style and Arsenal.
Mark There Is Football Beyond The White Cliffs Of Dover..
You’ve already admitted your EPL bias. Actually watched some other leagues and see how awful the reffing is. Watch the Copa America. Outside of the CL the Prem had the best reffing by far
Arsenal didn’t scout him at Euros…😂😂 reports emerged WELL before Euros mate
From a united fan I present to arsenal a solution. Get Gyokeres and fast, break the man city cycle.
Says signing players because of International tournaments might not show them trueselves... Then says someone in the prem should sign Diogo Costa... 😂
8:17 I don’t get it Mark. All the controversial decisions had English refs involved. I don’t understand when so many other refs had such good games.
You're absolutely correct, as Calafiori confirmed that Arsenal had reached out to him a while ago. He visited the Emirates in January to watch the Arsenal Vs. Palace match.
So goldbridge just cuz he doesnt watch italian football or knew Calafiori before the Euros think Arsenal just discovered him in the Euros lmao. Goldbridge is drooling all over Branthwaite who plays for everton and wasnt even called up for England yet he questions Italy's starting defender who had a fantastic season and his team qualified for UCL! 😂
Thanks mark arsenal don't get many Italians but I'm very excited i hope arsenal Manchester United and liverpool have really good competition for the future because they are the best 3 clubs always the future looks good for Manchester United and football is looking good
Mark please PLEASE talk to goldstien on talk sport ,the man is embarrassing our club with his infant comments
I thought the Premier League refs were a bit duff but then I watched a number of Cope America games and my god was it dire. The USA vs Uruguay game in particular was shocking.
Even when we have bought decent centre backs it’s not always worked lol look at Vermaelen, Kocielny and Mertesacker. Not bad defenders but just didn’t work
So Calafiori could have gone to Milan last year but they passed on him (big regret now!) and was set to join Juventus but Bologna owners are sour with Juve over Thiago Mott going there and are pllaying hardball with them; cue premier league clubs getting involved
Saliba, Gabriel, White, and Calafiori? Mate, nobody is scoring.
