Bo Winberg still going. Great !!! I had the pleasure to open for the Spotnicks with my band Faithfull in 1975. I was 15 then. Mats Björklund was on the second guitar, playing an ES335. He gave me great compliments for my guitar playing. That was definitly a highlight in my life. Although I am much better on guitar today (being a professional all my life), I will always remember that moment in 1975. Thanks Mats.
Jag var också där. Vi visste att det skulle bli en av deras sista spelningar, trots det avbröts dom rätt okänsligt. Men kvällen var stor, alla visste att legenderna skulle dra vidare.
Meus sentimentos aos familiares de Thelin pelo seu passamento. que Deus os conforte. The Spotnicks sempre foi uma das melhores bandas de Surf Music, principalmente tendo na guitarra solo o grande Bo Winberg. Parabéns continuem assim.......
