I use a SCENAR device with shungite electrodes in a protocol suggested by the manufacturer, LET Health. It can be a little intense but the net effect is eye muscles that have been "recharged" and therefore stronger. The protocol is only available to those who have purchased a device. By the way a SCENAR can do many, many things besides improving eye health. Cheers!

Off topic but I have a question, I am being treated for meibomian gland disease and my Dr. suggested I use Pure & Clean Lid Prep drops. The instructions say to apply on lid & lash line. She tells me to put the drops in my eye. I am confused.

Just subscribed and am watching your videos. What is your take on doing cataracts with dry eye, pseudo exfoliation and astigmatism?? My dr has told me I can get my cataracts done but I am seeing quite well with glasses for years and feel I don't need it done yet but was advised if I wait till I need them done my zonules may weaken and will cause a problem??

I got one of those microcurrent "sticks" after somebody on Reddit in dryeyes claimed it made him feel better, but I didn't experience any benefits in 1 month of use (every other day). All I get is mild visual flashing and twitching while using it around eyes and a taste of electricity in mouth when using it over my teeth area. And you have to use conductive gel to make it work. I guess it could benefit people with dry eyes, depending on the cause, nothing helped me so far.
My next thing is to try out growth hormone, I found some studies in which rats with higher levels of growth hormone had much better developed meibovian glands. The problem with GH is that it increases your insulin resistance, and we all know diabetes also can come with dry eyes. Grasping at straws here, but you did say you're interested in hearing what others are trying so don't blame me for mentioning it 😊
