At a bowling alley close to me, I use to go with friends at night too. The alley was decorated with glow in the dark florescent paint that would glow when the black lights were on, and it was really cool. They called it party time. Maybe this is something like that where they were.

It’s cuz bowling alleys do “cosmic bowling” at night/on the weekends to cater to the general public and it’s also a super easy way to tack on like an extra 10-15$ for no reason. The league bowlers hate it lmaoooo
