So actually if we select property as vacant site, i.e open plot. Then i believe, it will not ask to enter bescom number. Because it's not possible only to get bescom number or electricity connection. Why anyone will take electricity connection for open plot or how why bescom will give connection to open plot. So it's not needed i assume for open plot. Only compulsory for House .

In my case, under the Owner details, they have combined my name as well as my wife's name together and pre-filling the Owner field. Because of this, the Aadhar eKYC fails as the aadhar name doesn't match this 'combined name'.
Ohh for this too? These government officials in local bodies do not care about the correct spelling in the documents & for these digital documents we need to suffer. And the same negligence here.

@@vishnumurkikannada The name is changed in Bescom office 1 year back and also bill is coming in the new owner name but old owner is fetching in BBMP E Katha website.
As per my understanding u can still apply for e khata. Because vacant site is thr, so having electricity bill connection is not possible. And u have b khata, as per circular or press note from BBMP and other Govt officials B Khata properties also can get digital khata or e khata. I also said in my video. Check weather u got draft e khata or not first. Still if u have any questions, message me in Instagram we can chat or discuss.

So actually it's 2 separate khata service's. If u have property which is coming under Gram Panchayat. Then khata is issued in GP only. Message me in Instagram we can discuss about it
In application status it's showing AVAILABLE IN() what is the meaning of it sir We can download in website or we should go to bbmp or ARO office and collect it ?

@bhaskarkrishnam6437 So if ur application is submitted successfully. Then after approval and verification, u should receive ur final e khata in ur login Only. If u r not getting then better to visit office and enquire about it

There is no need to visit BBMP office unless ARO calls for any clarification or to submit any additional documents.
Yes actually. Check it correctly. Owner name should be mentioned. Other details r missing. So actually after applying for final khata. All details will be Correctly mentioned.
If your's is a B khata property, then wait for few more days as B khata property details are still not uploaded for Basavanapura Ward 53. Only A khata property details are uploaded.

Yes u can get online EC from kaveri online services Website. I already made video on how u can get it. No need to go to BBMP OFFICE
