Yeah it got really hard for me too after ending my cut, i had a couple of cheat days (one i didn't even bother tracking which was probably around 5k) which i think actually helped psychologically, now I'm maintaining at 2700 with no hunger nor cravings just eating more of what i was eating before. Also i now avoid having in the house any type of snack that can add calories really quickly, best way to avoid binge eating

Gotta get the Pain Train Green Go Creamy Spicy Avocado sauce if they have it at your location. Good on chips, chicken, tacos. Only 15 cals a serving.
