YEAH, I've been waiting for you to rate a softness #5 and now, I've heard several. lol. It's always fun to see your pure and genuine excitement over yarn and see your wheels spinning with what you will make with the yarn. I'm very impressed with the skill level you have achieved in such a short time of learning to knit and crochet. I'm embarrassed that after 15 years of knitting, I have yet to knit a wearable. Those are great ideas! I like the roll neck jumper idea. I'd be using all that green goose-bump yarn for the top part of the make just so I could see it all the time.

YEAH, I've been waiting for you to rate a softness #5 and now, I've heard several. lol. It's always fun to see your pure and genuine excitement over yarn and see your wheels spinning with what you will make with the yarn. I'm very impressed with the skill level you have achieved in such a short time of learning to knit and crochet. I'm embarrassed that after 15 years of knitting, I have yet to knit a wearable. (only scarves, slippers, blankets) Perhaps if I had bougee yarn, I'd be more inspired too? I watch you for inspiration--so keep up the good work. I'm starting to gain confidence to up my game. Hello Karen - thank you so kindly for the compliments on my yarn journey. I've become such a sponge wanting to learn as much as I can. Many times failing, but enjoying the process none-the-less. I laughed when I read in here a few mentioned me finally giving a 5 (perfect score) for softness. I had done it before, but this box of yarn certainly blew the scale up!

Those are great ideas! I like the roll neck jumper idea. I'd be using all that green goose-bump yarn for the top part of the make just so I could see it all the time.

I believe the pretty brown, tan and dark brown hanks were from the lot Crystal commissioned from Keith of Yarn Snob Yarns (knitsalldone) in June 2023. She got huge hanks that matched all her animals at the time. This was Greg the rabbit!
