hi buckin billy ray, thanks for you genuinity! good to having you and the channel. tomorrow i will get me some paracord to protect my handles. friends from the buckin army, see you all sunday! love to you all!!
I was telling my kids today about my grandmother. I never heard say a negative thing or talk ill of a person. If she had nothing nice to say she would just move on and not show it any attention. I try everyday to be more like my Grandma Dugan. Thanks for this area in the woods of the Internet BBRay
Buckin, you make me smile when I see your yidjas. I was wondering how you did the Paracord wrap. UA-cam is so wonderful. Me can all learn from each other. You are a kind soul.
I’ve seen this 5 times and it never gets old, love to see different patterns and colors used. Showed it to my friend and he called it an axe condom lol.
Hello our special friend Buckin!🥰😘 yep like usual we were watching you together after G-mans long day at work . We as usual enjoy every video but still we get so touched when you say hello 👋🏼 to us. It just made our day . I tear up . It’s amazing what a hello can do to a person. Someday when we do see ya . Your getting a bear 🐻 hug 🤗 . Love ya take care ..Great axe 🪓 wrap 🙌🏽❤️
I'm an electrician. How ever I love cutting wood. I found a place to rebuild my chain saw and convert it from a 20 inch bar to a 28 inch roller bar with a chisel chain. McCullough pm 610. Love that saw. I found a replacement for my 20 inch and purchased it last Thursday. This new saw has so much McCullough engineering in it that I believe McCullough is Back. Just under a new name. I'll run the saw and let you know. I'm excited with my new purchase. I'd love to purchase one of your Axes. Only request Burn your name into the handle. How cool is that? This is another great video. Thanks for sharing all your skills and Knowledge. I am so happy I found your site on line.
You’re energy’s infectious brother the Father has filled you with so much love it spills over in every video, when I started my channel you were one of the driving forces and models to which I would share my life on UA-cam thanks brother Buckin!!!!
One of the many things I like about you Buckin' is your heart for teaching, freely giving away information and Zeal for all things Life. Thanks for putting it out there Buddy. Kevin King here in Arkansas. Friend of Bill Wilson
Sailors call that 'whipping' on ropes and line. Stagehands too. This is actually standard whipping. There is a bunch of different ways. Hey Billy instead of the glue try painting on some paragon wax. Or dipping the whole head and wrap. The heat will shrink the cord a bit and seal her up. Sha-clang! Thank you for your positivity in this world. We need more of it brother!
Hello to BBR, all new and old subs, friends, Soldiers of Kindness, TrueBlues, mediators and families. Stay well and kind. Thanks for this channel. 🔥❤️🔥from🌲🇩🇪🌲
Just used this video to paracord my new hatchet! Sucker is deadly now! Just put a fine edge on it and have now wrapped it with paracord and its rippin! thanks to Billy! Cheers Friend!
My dad taught me how to do it by using a strong braided twine on boat hooks and gaffs. It was a fisherman's trick. My uncle used to put his picks, shovels and axes in salt water. The salt water makes the wood swell up..
Yeah as a temporary fix some folks would put a loose/wobbly head in water to swell the wood and make it tight again, problem is the water would soon evaporate and the wood would shrink and be looser than when ya started lol I think oil is the best for that because it can soak in and not evaporate. Did your uncle use the salt water to keep the heads tight or for something else?
Saw you on the Essential Craftsman channel first and came to check out your channel and I rehung my splitting maul this weekend. Saw this video and will be adding this to it! Love your videos friend. Watching all the way from down south in Arkansas here
Hey Buckin, thank you for the two way wrap tutorial, I was wondering about how to start a second wrap now I know. Or I think you know what I know that you think I know, ya know ? thank you for the shout out you’re very kind. Your a good person ! Have a great day everyone !! Peace out ✌️ Come on 200k
G'day Buckin! While i was on a road trip with my friends i found a real rusty 4lb axe on this rotten handle and i finally fixed it up nice! I'm about to rehang it with a store bought handle, so wish me luck.
Scotch tape works well to hold the ends in place. I also use elmers glue cut 50/50 with water and brush it on to hold the cord together. It works good when you whip the end of rope to keep it from fraying.
Oh Heck yeah Buckin this is gonna come in handy for sure. Love the extra durability aspect of the wrap. As always the best edutanement on the planet. Love ya brother and welcome to all the newcomers and everyone in the Buckin Army 🌲❤🌲✊

You can also put a loop top and bottom and at the end you can pull against each other and the cord gets pulled into the centre. You cannot move it!! Great video! Love and kindness to one and all. Stay safe. Be kind. Graham🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️🌲🌲
