So that is the CAT D7G, which you can get here : fs22.com/farming-simulator-22-mods/forklifts-and-excavators/cat-d7g-pack-v1-0/
It needs the mod Terrafarm to be able to work, which you can get here: fs22.com/farming-simulator-22-mods/scripts-and-tools/terrafarm-v0-4-mce/
That particular dozer uses terrafarm version 4, but they are up to version 10 now so if you want the latest, least buggy, version of terrafarm you might need to find another dozer that works with the latest mod. I plan to do this at some point but haven't found the time.
