Ita not working always in NVR it shows offline ,but in ezviz camera app its workinf fine ,but in nvr always goes offline ,i have disabled DHCP

Bro set it up jaisa aapne bataya and it worked perfectly...thanks...but after a power cut the ezviz camera went offline on nvr monitor, hik connect and ezviz app...blue light is blinking on camera and asking for configuration on ezviz app...recording has stopped.is there once and permanent solution?
Try to connect the camera via cat 6 cable once. You can simply perform a small test by connecting using a cat 6 patch cable with the switch/NVR. And then perform the same setup process in the following order. First, add it to the NVR, then add it to the EZVIZ App.
If the problem still remains, you need to contact your seller. He will provide you the further help.

How to see hikvision nvr recording in ezviz app
its very simple sir, you need to add the nvr to the ezviz app, and then u can seee the recording by clicking the playback option

sadp tool ko open karoge toh usmein apne aap, IP address dikh jata hai warna aap sidhe DVR ke menu mein jake bi dekh sakte ho.

how sir? ... because when I tried to add by scanning the dvrs which are already running on my phone number .. it said this is logged in by ...... my name and phone number ... on that screen thr was no no option to add them
@@anuj141 yes, u need to first delete the dvr from the appon which u have already added, then u can add fresh from your ezviz app
