I am struggling with verbs in the KRs since they lead you to write activities rather than results. Wouldn’t be better to write: “market revenue increased from X% to Y%”, rather than what you have in your blackboard?
I dislike when people teach concepts they don't fully understand and this is me just learning yesterday about OKR's. Your KR's on the board are mostly initiatives and not KR's which are really outcomes
