I requested from our library ( Fulton, MO) to purchase the book, and they did. I have started reading it, and it is an amazing book, I am hooked. It is a book that explains well from scripture and the examples are gripping, I like that it goes very much into depth. It is a book for the serious believer and seeker alike. I have prayed for Fr Carlos. I love the way he is dedicated to his faith and so very knowledgable. I am so glad that apparently his reputation is restored. Btw I am not Catholic. I am a lover of Jesus. God Bless
I heard a beautiful story once during mass, during the homily. The priest recalled a conversion story, where a native american/or eskimo converted to christianity. The priest asked her why she converted and she said something along the lines of "I don't have to be afraid of this God, He loves me." I remember that story staying with me. When you research the other Gods (the devil), they are always demanding. You will get punished, its all fear base and no relationship. That must have been mind blowing to the natives when they heard the Gospel. To know a God that loves them and just wants the best for them and they don't have to "do" anything (sacrifice children, sacrifice animals, etc) in order to "gain" His attention. The most importantly, God wants to be in communion with them in the Eucharist. How beautiful.

I love Father Carlos Martins! My family and I went to the exhibition of the arm of St Jude in West Chester, Pa. We experienced so much on the way there. Had to travel over 100 miles but when we got there it was such a profound experience. I’m so glad we made the trip. I listen to the Exorcist Files podcast and have preordered his book. Can’t wait to read it! Love everything he does in the name of Jesus our Savior. His podcast has changed my life and the lives of my family. I have learned so much.

The things I learnt from Season 1 of the Exorcist’s Files were great!! I learnt of the ways the devil can take over people’s traumas and how sneaky he is, trying to catch kids young and how prayerful we MUST be, every hour of everyday. It was eye opening. Can’t wait to breeze through season 2!

Wah, I missed him in Basehor Kansas yesterday and Springfield Missouri today. He’ll be in St. Louis on Saturday November 9 at Assumption Parish. Mass in honor of St. Jude is at 1:00 followed by veneration of St. Jude’s relics until 9:00.

Many wish to continue in their sinful ways-whether knowingly or unknowingly-without making real changes, yet still hope to please God and attain salvation without bearing their crosses. How misguided this belief is, and how cunningly the devil deceives them into thinking this way. I saw the St. Jude relic and fr, Carlos Martins who said mass with our priest at our modesto CA parish. Such a special night! St. Jude pray for us! Also my sister was a drug addict and had mental illness, she was also seeing the demonic and I believe was oppressed. Both drugs and mental illness can open the door to demonic.
I think that those that are afraid to listen are those who don’t want to look at reality face to face. They prefer to close their eyes and look away. It’s like the people who suspects they may have cancer but don’t want to go to the doctor to find out beyond doubt. That’s why the little old ladies had no problem, listening to the podcasts. They had learned how to face reality eye to eye.
