Looks like livspace is on a damage control mission!! Hearing negative reviews about this firm everywhere.. instead of putting money into promotions, real growth will be to take in customer feedback, analyze it & correct the mistake instead of trying to silence the critics!!

Never go for Livspace, these are paid promotional videos. I am into interior design business and had tied up with Livspace as they had promised regular business leads and took 20k from me. Initially their payments and other policies were fine but with time they are faultering on our payments even after collecting money from customers. Clients must be aware that the jobs are actually executed by third party vendors like us and Livspace charges 15% more on our billing plus 18% GST which means client has to pay 33% more on the actual cost. Moreover, most of their supervisors are ignorant about designs, material and execution process.
