Emporio using Weather Report to defeat Pucci is probably one of the most poetic, emotional and badass moments in the series. The aggressive punching and speed of it really felt like Weather finally letting out his anger on Pucci
This is one of the most versatile stands in the work, it would easily be a great stand for a villain or protagonist, although we have seen a lot of its abilities I wish I had seen more, perhaps causing great lightning, globular lightning or any other rare atmospheric phenomenon, but the manga really made weather prove powerful, maybe we'll see him in part 9

Also he DID use the fiction to ignite Jumpin' Jack Flash's arm the only time he got close to weather. 2nd against pucci (with heavy weather) he couldn't get close enough to lit pucci on fire and if he used the torrential downpour he could hit Anasui more easily since he's slower than pucci (which can escape despite being blind) 3rd against pucci (pure oxygen): for the same reasons as 1st and 2nd: Made in heaven is way faster than Weather Report and Pucci waited for the right time to strike, also it would be pretty pointless to rain frogs if you are fighting in a ghost room that technically shouldn't exist
