Hi I wish there was a bit more in depth information about the tech, business and the future of the green tech entrepreneurs. The video comes of more as an promotional video and is not that informative.
This is a promotional video for investors and the general public, as a chemical engineering student this is just the thing we need! We have technologies that are really exciting and we as chemical engineers need capital for the innovating idea's to develop. I agree that this isn't meant for academics.
Genetically engineered yeast produces enzymes from sugars, they are made to undergo Organo metallic reactions to make Petro chemical products, monomers and polymers that inturn turn into bio plastics.
Zone for walkability and community, rather than zoning for automobile use. The impact is several fold. Walking saves gas. Walking improves health. Walking reduces the need for roads, thus increases usable space within existing cities. The rule of proximity; When you live close by to your amenities, you are more likely to bump into neighbors and friends, thus increasing the probability of developing a community. People are happier in communities. Happier people buy less stuff. Less stuff means less environmental damage. Less cars mean less environmental damage. More walking means better health, thus less healthcare expenditure, thus more resources for other infrastructure. An efficiently zoned city allows for developers and businesses to adapt to market demand and minimize deadweight loss. Most people lives in cities; Most taxes come from cities; Most pollution stems from the demand from cities. An efficient city means an efficient world~!
There are _STOXX Paris-Aligned Benchmark Indices" (PABs) - These indices incorporate stringent carbon emission limitations in stock selection, in line with the global warming target of the Paris Climate Agreement2. They aim for 60% greenhouse gas (GHG) intensity reduction. and _STOXX Climate Transition Benchmark Indices_ (CTBs) - These indices allow for more sectorial diversification and help investors adopt a portfolio decarbonization trajectory. They aim for 40% greenhouse gas (GHG) intensity reduction.
Chemicals in India are worth $180 billion. I think if you want to look at chemicals define the role they can play... chocolate, coffee, tobacco. We need chemicals that can enhance we live, living standards, solve problems with chemistry. Make Walter White proud.🤯🧠
Only one record temperature in the 21st century and it was for the coldest not hottest day in four US states? Historic hottest and coldest days by state. The hottest day in New York was 108°f on July 22,1926 at Troy, atmospheric CO2 306ppm. The coldest,-52°f on February 9th 1934 at Stillwater Reservoir. The hottest day in Oregon was 119°f on August 10th 1898 at Pendleton City, atmospheric CO2 295ppm. The coldest, -15 degrees Fahrenheit on February 9th 1933, in Seneca. The hottest day in Maine was 105°f on May 4th & 10th 1911, at North Bridgton, atmospheric CO2 301ppm. The coldest, -50°f on January 16th 2009, at Big Black River. The hottest day in Michigan was 112°f on January 13, 1936, at Mio, atmospheric CO2 310ppm. The coldest, -51°f on February 9th 16th 1934, at Vanderbilt.
As a chemical engineering student thank for making this video
Me too! This is the thing we are going to change as chemical engineers
Videos like this will not get millions of views but are super important
Thanks for giving us Hope to a Better Future.
Yall need to make a video about Ecosia they are a search engine that plants tress !!!

I suppose it was made for the general public so it wasn't very technical. However, I would have liked it better if they had gone a bit in depth.
The tech is probably very patented or kept secret

In air there are green house gases and on ground there are plastics. In-between we are.
we need more of this innovation to save our green planet.
Have you ever seen what out planet looks like? It's blue, not green.

love to see it !!
Interesting! Kind of reminds me of the direct air capture solutions for global warming.

How can I invest
