With all of the digital nomads etc moving to the area over the past 3 years, the owner put long term tenants in here and was grossing an average of 20-22,000 MX pesos per month. With that, tenants look after their own utilities, so the HOA, property taxes and trust fees are all that's left to cover. Of course vacation rentals can achieve higher rates but there's more work involved plus costs of utilities to bear. They're not expensive, but just for your consideration. Hope this helps.
