You will love Lifepacs, such an amazing curriculum 🙏 we lived it☺️
We used ACE for the first time this last year which is similar to Life PAC in that each booklet is a single unit. There are 12 books per subject though designed to be completed in 3 weeks each to cover 36 weeks. There are no teacher guides, just answer keys to purchase separately. All instruction for the students are in the booklets. My kids loved it before they said reading the lesson themselves helped them understand it better & they could easily go back & look at the instruction again if needed.

I want all the things dang it! Especially the roots one and I’m definitely going to check out lifepac which of course I’d like a more in-depth look I wasn’t aware you could buy one unit at a time. The science looked great too! Niko is the cutest! I miss that age!
Yes, can you please do a more in depth review of Moving Beyond the Page and Writer’s Toolbox?, I’ve not seen a lot of info on MBTP. I have seen the Writer’s Toolbox in single books, but not combined. I’ve heard that LifePacs/the Word Roots are dry. I hope they work well for you. I love piecing my ELA together, and will probably continue to do so as my kiddos get older. Your son is the cutest, my toddler heard Paw Patrol and came running from the other room.

I'd love to hear your thoughts and a flip through of Life Pack! I used Alpha Omega's Switched On School House curricum (now Monarch) when I was a kid and was looking at their Bible curriculum for my daughter. I mostly remember learning Bible content (memorizing books of the Bible, learning Bible Geography, etc) and that knowledge had been useful as an adult. There's not much out their for reviews or flip-throughs of life packs curriculum.
I’m not happy with our language arts either and I feel like I’m the same way where I need to see it and even use it before we know if we like it. Hope you find one that works for you all!

It all depends on your homeschool style, goals, kids ages, kids learning styles. We’ve tried out a lot. There are tons of resources here on UA-cam ☺️
