- Winter always feels so long when you are waiting for it to be over! I’m just so happy to be out in the sun doing motorcycle things again 😁 Swap meets, rallies, rides, and Jesus are what I live for! Can I get an amen to that!
For anyone who want's to send me pictures of their bikes:

I miss the old times swap meets where you could get parts for your bike. Back when bikers built bikes in the garage with the help of grey beards passing along their mechanical tricks and know how. Before the Rolex Riders made everything too expensive for regular bikers. Back when partys were fun and rowdy and not sanitized for my protection. Event pricing, high prices and low quality. Everything now is revenue enhancement for local government. Being thought of as a cash cow to be squeezed dry isn't appealing. I would rather support local biker venues than some rip off farce. I rather them get my money.
Would be nice if there was more of the old school mentality in general

Wow, your camera has problems, it doesn't get hot up there, I use Akaso Brave 7 LE, I have never had one stop working, even in my truck, while in Walmart, in this Texas heat.
I've never heard of that brand before 🤔 I will have to check em out!!

Yep. I think we have more police than we need here and they all pick on the law abiding citizens for silly things while the streets are full of druggies causing issues.

Hi 👋, Angel, I am not sure if it is the same over there, but it is harder to find good parts, and when you do they are very expensive,
Great to see you out on your bike, I have heard that the EPA is clamping down on emissions, But I don’t think it applies to vintage bikes, And of course, exhaust systems being too loud, Loud pipes save lives, I posted a comment. I think somewhere a week or so ago I was down in town which is normally very quiet., I look both way across the road, went step out onto the road and nearly got hit by electric car. I didn’t even hear it coming down the road., Stay safe keep up the great work, hope you get your microphone and bits and pieces sorted out, I have now got to get on with my workshop/garage floor, France

You commented about probably never wearing a full face helmet. I don't think I'd be here if it weren't for a full face helmet. Quite a while ago (48 yrs ago) I had a '57 Chevy back out of a drive in front of me. I couldn't stop in time and went over the bars head first into the rear quarter window and proceeded to total the car bouncing around on top of it. All I ended up with was stitches in the chin and aches and pains. I'm not preaching, here in Wisconsin helmets are not required, but I still wear a helmet 90% of the time.
I am glad you made it out of that alive! I have thought of a full face helmet for road trips and stuff, I was actually looking at the retro style Bell lids cause they would kinda suit the look of my shovel.
We have the option to wear or not to wear.
Back in the day I gave money to defeat the Mandatory helmet law, you should always have the right to choose!
I Always ride with my helmet ON.
We have Christian motorcycle groups here as well though not by the same name. No one knows what kind of bike Jesus rode, dont ya know. 🙂 Thank you for the swap meet and the ride. It doesnt matter where you ride, its all beautiful there!

Ha Ha at the wanna be gas cap, ( @ 9:18 ) ..... Anywho, I had the bike out that hot spell we had last, for the first ride, around March 16th., .... Just down to Kal lake for a Timmy's Ice-cap ..... then off to Westland's to top up the insurance for the coming season, Then off to Lumby for a bit.... When it gets warmer I will probably head down to the KLO area and possibly cross paths with you on the tarmac or maybe even at Konquerer, or HD, as it's just around the corner from Yamaha,

Cool stuff at the swap meet. I saw a couple things I could use. Kind of pricey but so is everything now. Cops taking pictures of people and bikes at a Christian MC? Ok. Enjoyed your ride. In your 20 I’m thinking North and East would have some nice twisties. Ride safe Red.

i love swap meets by bikers for bikers. so much more cool stuff at biker swap meets than at the fairground ones where its just a bunch of people with truck loads of junk from garage sales and nobody knows anything about the junk they bring, know what i mean? lol

Hey Jean here from Ontario here ,ha your in Calonna ..thats why the surounds look familuer as iv watch a fiew videos by Corrina and if i may ad its hard for me to beleive the temps thair are so differant or way warmer then the temps here in so called Sunny Shoutheren Ontario as we are having wet misserable ,rainy days and its not supposed to get better till Monday hmm or Tuesday.your so lucky i havent had my first ride of 24 yet ..🏍🏍

Had my first ride a few days ago, only due to health .
Usually, I ride all Winter in Michigan but sometimes don't feel it.
Not a kid anymore but still gotta ride.
I used to ride all winter till the insurance prices got ridiculous. Now it seems pointless to pay that much if I can't be riding almost every day.
@@RedRiderCanadaBC I just insured my FXR and Panhead for stated value , added TW-200 Yamaha liability only... The total policy cost under $300 for 12 months pleasure riding here in Nebraska... One of the benefits of living in the middle of nowhere I think. I have to ride 30 minutes to find traffic not get out of it...🙂🙂🙂🙂

Amazing roads there and lovely scenery Im in NB on the east coast and i can park my bike in some of the potholes and fish in the others i even asked for my belt buckle when i got my plate sticker for lasting more than 10 seconds on these roads here Only bonus is we dont need to get our bikes inspected here in NB Canada Bad point is your going to chip any alloy rims if your not careful

Hi Red nice to see you out and doing some riding, the scenery looked nice. Sadly for me my first two rides of the season was rides to a Hospice House to see my Brother and often riding partner. I was there when he took his last breath. We never got to take that last ride. His year long battle ended with the news he had two weeks and he was a day short. My next ride will definitely be a ride of reflection. I never wanted to start the season like that. Ride safe Red.

We grow all kinds of fruits here! We've got probably all the stone fruit, berries of all types, apples and pears in the fall, and all kinds of vegetables too. Pretty big orchard/farming industry around here. Can get all our meats, eggs, milk, veggies and fruit locally grown in the summer if we chose to. And I looking forward to my next FL visit 😁

Had a few little rides myself the weather is still hit or miss but winter is over!
So happy that it's above freezing again!
The city of Krasnodar, the temperature has been 32 degrees Celsius for several days. I wait at least nine o'clock in the evening to ride a motorcycle. It is only "Late" in the evening that the amount of fuss and cars on the road decreases. With a population of more than a million people, it is impossible otherwise.

Impressively large swap meet! Our yearly one is dinky; last year one of the vendors was complaining that he couldn't give away some item for free! I certainly enjoyed the ride with you! Our weather has turned beautiful; now if I can only heal enough to go ride . . . .

You need a Snowmobile where you live!!!! No Speed limits on the snowmobile Trails. Well there are Ridiculously slow speed limits in trials in Ontario ect but where you are it would be Mountain riding .. In Deep Powder you don't go that fast but it is fun .
I have some friends who are into snowmobiling and they look like they are always having a ton of fun!!

You definitely do have some beautiful country to ride in! For me any road without a bunch of cars on it is a good road. I'm lucky enough to live where I can escape the traffic in just a few minutes. My worst is just getting out my driveway safely. My road is heavily traveled and everybody is going way to fast. Swap meet and a good ride equals a very good day for anyone who loves their motorcycles! Loved the video and seeing more of your area! And yes I feel your joy every day! Keep riding and stay safe!
