Just subscribed...I've been following Dr Caldwell Esselstyns very low fat diet fir 8 years now (no nuts or seeds, no soy, no oil, no avocado, no coconut) so I really appreciate that it looks like you post these foods just as possible additions but also post alternatives I can eat...thank you...the red pepper pasta looks great
Hello, I followed Dr. Esselstyn and still do, along with Dr. Barnyard, McDougall, and Fuhrman. I have found a happy medium that is best for my family and me.
I have a set of Rachel Ray pans (the light blue ones) amzn.to/3SyJPeM. I also like scan pans. Dr. McDougall recommended them years ago when I traveled to Costa Rica on one of his trips, and I have loved them ever since. They are a little pricey for the set, but they are worth it. amzn.to/3HxG3f4
Could this recipe be doubled and frozen for another meal? I was looking for a sauce for my two jars of roasted red peppers. Thinking of using them for a chili recipe also (when I find one, lol)
We need smell-a-vision. There was a movie in the 50s or 70s that came with a card and you would scratch and sniff when it flashed across the movie screen.
I buy Mezzetta Pepper brand because my grocery store carries it. However, you can buy roasted red peppers in a jar or can. I like the ones packed in water without any oil amzn.to/48M6Wbb

Also, can you tell us the brand of pots and pans you are using?? They look so pretty!

Yes you can! Make sure you thaw it overnight in the refrigerator. Then reheat it :)

Haha, wouldn't that be wonderful? Maybe in the future?
Do you have a recommended brand for the red peppers

@@KathysVeganKitchen thanks
I echo the request for the pans. I read so much about this pan vs that pan and it gets confusing.
