This is a game changer for these trucks. I have this on my 2019 5.3L, 8 speed Silverado. The install was easy and the truck is so fun to drive with the tunes. I have mine set up with the DFM turned off. I have the performance tune installed and I have it in performance mode always on. I get about 18 mpg with this set up. I had the throttle response at 50. After having my fun with that I set it to 30. I am so happy with the CTS 3 and the way this woke up my truck. Well Done!
@@edgeproductsman when you say shift strategies does that mean that it changes the rpm that the transmission shifts at to accommodate the difference in circumference of the tire to keep the engine in the proper rpm range while driving or does it mean it just adjusts how hard and fast it shifts.
If I use your product to unlock the ECM and TCM will I be able to use HPTuners software to tune later? I will be running your tune at first until I do a cam swap later.
No. HP only unlock it to essentially relock it behind there script. If you want hp on a 2019+ you gota send it in and pay alot just to get an opportunity to now pay alot more for credits for the ecm & tcm which may also have to be removed I'm not 100%. But 16 total credits for my 2019 trailboss after sending in the ecm.....lmao. wayyyyuu better to have 2018- when it comes to hp
How will this CTS3 Evolution work with my truck I have a 21 Silverado 5.3 with the 8 speed I did the 6.2 L86 port and polish intake and throttle body swap with the aftermarket cold air intake
@@edgeproductsman which tune setting do you recommend with All that I’m planning on adding the Borla s-type catback exhaust I was thinking the sport with soft shift I’m not planning on doing any racing of that nature just wanna wake it up
@@51tinfante the catback exhaust system should require no changes to our calibrations within the device, any of them will work great for you. The higher the octane, the better!
I’m considering the same, did you have to get a different size coupler to fit the larger throttle body or buy an intake kit for the 6.2? Curious on the fitment.

What kind of fuel mileage are you getting in the eco and drive tune? And how must HP and Torq increase?
Are you able to do these tunings with the pulsar LT + insight CTS3 kit?
You would remove the Pulsar LT if you ran the Evolution
Does this have an effect on the shift points to account for larger tire diameter or is the field for tire size only for speedometer adjustment?
This device will do both. Calibrate for larger tires and allow you to flash the TCM with our improved shift strategies

Coorect. No ECM unlock required on 2017 applications, just a vin license.

our calibrations were built on 100% stock trucks, but the modifications you've made should only improve their output
